Matt Repchak is a growth and experiential strategy executive with more than two decades of leadership across nationally recognized sports and entertainment properties. As Chief Marketing Officer for FCS (Florida Citrus Sports), he oversees integrated growth and engagement functions across a portfolio that includes the Pop-Tarts Bowl, Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, Florida Blue Florida Classic, FC Series international soccer events, Camping World Kickoff, and additional emerging business initiatives.

His work sits at the intersection of audience psychology, experiential storytelling, sponsorship activation, customer engagement, organizational innovation, and live-event ecosystems. Over a 21-year career, he has helped transform Florida Citrus Sports from a traditional nonprofit event operator into a diversified sports and entertainment enterprise with broad commercial, civic, and community impact.

Pop-Tarts Bowl: From sponsorship to cultural platform

Helped evolve the Pop-Tarts Bowl into one of the most culturally visible and commercially successful activations in college football, connecting live-event spectacle, fan participation, retail integration, social conversation, and measurable consumer action.

Business model extension and innovation

Co-led a strategic innovation program designed to diversify Florida Citrus Sports beyond its core college football postseason business, contributing to expansion into youth sports, international soccer, and new revenue opportunities.

Camping World Stadium reconstruction

Supported stakeholder strategy, communications, and presentation development tied to public investment efforts for Camping World Stadium, including the current $400 million reconstruction initiative.

NFL and major event partnerships

Contributed to efforts that helped establish Orlando as a viable NFL event market through Pro Bowl and Pro Bowl Games work, with Florida Citrus Sports later positioned for a local partnership role supporting Jacksonville Jaguars activity in Orlando.
